James Raynor

James Raynor has over 17 years of experience in retail management, currently serving as Field Training Manager at The Vitamin Shoppe since June 2011. In this role, James is responsible for training new and current district personnel, overseeing multiple metrics across locations, and collaborating on training programs for store managers. Previously, James held positions as Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Rite Aid, where responsibilities included driving sales, managing inventory, and enhancing team communication. James also worked for Estee Lauder as a Line Service Attendant, packaging cosmetic sets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from St. Joseph's University New York.
