Erika Allen is the head of audience strategy and growth at The Washington Post, overseeing several teams including emerging news products, strategic initiatives, talent strategy, subscriber engagement, newsletters and news analytics. She also works closely with The Post’s Next Generation audience team. Before joining The Post, she worked as senior director of global news operations for Vice World News, executive managing editor of global news, as well as Vice’s executive managing editor of digital.
