Craig McMahon

Craig McMahon has extensive work experience in the broadcasting and production industry. Craig started their career in 1984 as a Production Designer at WTVJ-TV before moving on to various roles at Turner Broadcasting and Turner Sports. At CNN, they held positions as the Director of Graphics & Post-Production and the Director of Production Design, where they managed large staff and developed operational policies and procedures. McMahon then joined Turner Broadcasting as the TEN Design Director and later became the Design Director at Turner Sports. Craig also worked at Manning Entertainment and Trailblazing Productions, where they held roles in production and development. In 2003, they returned to Turner Broadcasting as the Turner South Director of Production and New Ventures, overseeing on-air operations and developing new products. McMahon also served as the Turner New Products Group Director of Production and Operations. Craig joined Turner Sports as the New Media/PlayON! Director of Production and Operations and later served as the VP of Production & Development at Trailblazing Productions. Since 2013, McMahon has been with The Weather Channel, where they have held the roles of Director of Technical Production, VP of Broadcast Production + Operations, and VP of Broadcast Operations + Engineering. Craig is currently the SVP of Broadcast Operations + Engineering at The Weather Channel. In 2009, McMahon worked as a Producer for the Georgia High School Musical Theater Awards.

Craig McMahon attended Oak Hills High School and completed their high school education. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in CCM at the University of Cincinnati. However, specific start and end years for both their high school and university education are not provided.
