Luigi Deguzman has extensive experience in analytics and merchandising, currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising at The Webster since September 2019, after holding roles as Vice President of Analytics and Strategy and Director of Analytics within the same company. Prior to this, Luigi worked at Olivela as Senior Analytics Manager and at Moda Operandi, Inc. as Senior Consumer Insights Analyst. An earlier career at Vroom included a position as Data Analyst, following a tenure at ClassPass as Partner Strategy & Operations Analyst and Operations Coordinator. Luigi began the professional journey at Gerdau as Project Manager. Educationally, Luigi holds degrees in Environmental Sustainability, Health, and Safety and Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
