Christian Richards

Christian Richards is a seasoned professional in user experience and digital strategy, currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at The Weir Group PLC since June 2021, and previously held roles including Full Stack UX Designer. At Equator, from January 2020 to June 2021, Christian leveraged expertise in UX research and digital strategy within leading sectors such as financial services and property. Previous experience includes consultancy and strategic roles at Eden Scott and TalentSpark, focusing on growth strategies for startups, as well as managing partnerships and user support at Sumdog. Christian's career began with roles in event management and retail, complemented by a Professional Diploma in UX Design and a joint honors degree in Philosophy and Theology from The University of Edinburgh.
