Tim Bradnick

Tim Bradnick is an accomplished operations and business excellence professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Plant Operations Manager at The Weir Group PLC, Tim leads the Beforecast Plant, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in the mining sector. Previously, Tim held roles such as Business Excellence Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Actron Engineering Pty Ltd, and Senior Consultant at YM Business Consulting, specializing in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Tim began their career at Amcor, where roles included Site Manager and Production Manager, emphasizing operational leadership and process improvement. Tim holds a Master’s degree from the University of Wollongong, a Motorola Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Wollongong.
