Michele Chala

Michele Chala has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the retail industry. Michele is currently the Vice President of Revenue Operations at THE WELL, where they oversee sales growth and builds membership and CRM strategies. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Sales and Director of Retail and Wholesale at THE WELL.

Before joining THE WELL, Michele founded Soul Scoop Wellness in 2020. Michele also served as the Director of Retail- North America at Schutz USA from 2017 to 2020.

Their earlier experiences include working as the District Sales Manager at Oakley and holding positions such as Southeast Regional Manager and Area Manager at 7 For All Mankind.

Michele started their career at Abercrombie & Fitch as a District Manager.

Michele Chala obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Hawaii Pacific University in 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Pre/Postnatal Fitness Certification from Girls Gone Strong, and Health & Wellness Coach from Health Coach Institute.
