Madelaine VanDerHeyden is currently the Senior Manager of Marketing and Storytelling at The Wellbeing Project, where responsibilities include leading communications for the Hearth Summits, engaging over 10,000 changemakers from more than 80 countries and collaborating with 80 local partners on global marketing strategies. Previously, Madelaine served as Manager of Sustainability Communications at The Consumer Goods Forum, focusing on the sustainable transition of the consumer goods industry across various stakeholders and leading public relations efforts in key forums. At the Sustainable Livelihood Institute, Madelaine enhanced communication approaches among diverse stakeholders. Additional roles include managing editorial positions at student media and producing digital content for media organizations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Global Communications from The American University of Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Relations from the University of Washington.
