Genise L. Wade

Genise L. Wade has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions in multiple companies. Genise L. currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Wenger Group, a family-owned agricultural products and services organization. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Ultra Electronics Group, where they played a strategic role in human capital planning and change management. Before that, they served as the Vice President of People & Culture at Turkey Hill Dairy, where they were responsible for strategic human capital planning, employee safety, and company culture. Genise L. also held the positions of Vice President of Operations and Director of Human Resources & Diversity at Turkey Hill Dairy. Genise L. started their career as a Human Resources Generalist/Manager at Armstrong World Industries, focusing on developing and implementing human resources strategies.

Genise L. Wade has a Master of Management degree in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2004. Additionally, they have several certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM, Lean Certification from Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Armstrong World Industries, and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Genise L. obtained the SHRM-SCP certification in September 2015, the Lean Certification in April 2009, the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in May 2008, and the SPHR certification also in May 2008.
