Susan Eison

Susan Eison is a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant with extensive experience in both clinical and home health settings. Currently, Susan serves as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Self Regional Healthcare's Optimum Life Center since October 2023, and also works as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with The Weston Group Inc. since December 2022. Previous roles include Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant positions at Amedisys, ACCEL PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC., and Southern Therapy Services, Inc., as well as a PRN role at National HealthCare Corporation. In addition to physical therapy, Susan has experience as a Yoga Instructor and held marketing roles at DayBreak Adult Care Services of the Lowcountry and Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies/Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Technical College of the Lowcountry.
