Tiffany Burgess has a diverse work experience in the field of occupational therapy. Tiffany began their career in 2008 as an Occupational Therapist with US Occupational Therapy. In 2018, they joined The Weston Group Inc as a Regional Director of Operations and held this role until 2021. During this time, they also served as the Executive Director of Village Caregiving Louisville at Village Caregiving, LLC from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Tiffany is back at The Weston Group Inc as the Regional Director of Operations.

Tiffany Burgess obtained their Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University from 2006 to 2008.
