Sue Yukenavitch

Sue Yukenavitch has extensive experience in property management and leadership roles within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Residential Property Management at The Westover Companies since June 2011, Sue has driven operational efficiency and strategic growth. In addition, since January 2019, Sue has held the position of President at the Delaware Apartment Association, where leadership and advocacy for the industry are paramount. Previously, Sue was a Property Manager at The Dolben Company from July 2003 to May 2011, further solidifying expertise in managing residential properties.
