Paul Botts

Paul Botts has extensive experience in leadership and management within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of The Wetlands Initiative since April 2011, Paul previously held positions such as Director of Chicago Programs at the Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation and Executive Director at the Chicagoland Theater Company. Additional roles include Managing Director at Noble Fool Theater Company, Director of Operations at The Nature Conservancy's Illinois Chapter, and Communications Coordinator at the Center for the Great Lakes. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in American History from Yale University and a Certificate in Business Administration with a focus on not-for-profit management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
