Stephen A. Ranieri

Mr. Ranieri has been part of the Widewaters team since 1990 and from 1993 until present is in the position of Vice President of Design and Construction. Throughout his time at Widewaters not only has he been involved in all aspects of design and construction but all facets of the development process working closely with site acquisition, legal, finance, leasing, and operations. Having constructed assets across all of North America he retails licensure in 17 states and has constructed projects in all sectors; commercial, retail, hospitality, multi-family, educational, industrial, and institutional totaling almost 20 million square feet. Building types ranged from large volume buildings with challenging site conditions to high rise urban structures. Expertise in challenging geotechnical conditions, complex structural systems, advanced MEP systems, historic restorations/adaptive re-use, and international commodity and component procurement. Heavy implementation of design and construction technology in the early 90’s with constant evolution has led to economically recognized innovation and exceptional efficiencies in all aspect of construction and risk mitigation. Prior experience was achieved in the Boston, MA and Providence, RI markets. Memberships include the CMAA and the AGC. He is a proud alumnus of Syracuse University.
