Silke Mennenga Vishab

Silke Mennenga Vishab is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in brand development and creative direction. Currently serving as the Head of Design at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2022, Silke leads a team to create cohesive brand expressions, collaborating with various stakeholders. Previous roles include Executive Director positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where Silke managed creative teams for global brands and impactful product launches. Silke's background also features roles at notable firms such as Publicis and Lloyd (+Co), where expertise in advertising and design was demonstrated. Silke is currently a member of The WIE Suite, a community dedicated to empowering women leaders, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Merz Academy in Germany.
