Ashley Hernandez

Ashley H. is a Human Resources Coordinator at The Wigwam, responsible for creating a positive onboarding experience for new hires and ensuring compliance with onboarding activities, managing employee changes in the HRIS system (Workday), and responding to HR inquiries. Prior experience includes roles as an Accounting Bookkeeper at ASU Career and Professional Development Services, where Ashley enhanced the student and employer experience, and as a Night Auditor at DoubleTree by Hilton, ensuring account accuracy during overnight audits. Additionally, Ashley interned in Sports Medicine at Youngker High School, assisting the athletic trainer with injured athletes. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications with a minor in Asian Languages (Chinese) at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
