Matt Augustine

Matt Augustine is an experienced engineering technician currently employed at The Will-Burt Company since June 2021. Prior to this role, Matt served as a production supervisor at Chick Master Incubator Company from June 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing production priorities and ensuring a safe work environment. Matt also held the position of fabrication department foreman at Chick Master from June 1993 to June 2014, leading and directing fabrication personnel and scheduling production. Earlier in Matt's career, roles included laborer, machine operator, and setup for sheet metal fabrication, as well as working as a draftsman at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, where responsibilities included updating drawings and collaborating with design changes on the manufacturing floor.
