Neal Fasula

Neal Fasula possesses extensive experience in the retail and wine industries, currently serving as a Partner/Sales Associate at Adobe Road Winery since January 2018. In parallel, a Business Development Internship at The Wine Foundry began in January 2015, focusing on effective storytelling in wine through monthly tasting notes and newsletters. Previously, Neal held the role of Vice President & Co-Owner at Gerrity's Supermarkets from June 2005 to November 2014, leading a grocery chain of nine stores and overseeing over 50 staff members. As General Manager & Owner of two Save-A-Lot stores from January 2012 to January 2014, Neal implemented customized strategies based on the company's low-margin model. Early career experience includes a rapid promotion to Assistant Manager at Trader Joe's, where responsibilities included inventory and customer service management. Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph's University in 2002.
