Matt Perrin

Matt Perrin has extensive experience in real estate and investment underwriting, currently serving in the Investment Underwriting department at The Wolff Company since June 2019. Prior to this role, Matt Perrin was the EVP of Asset Management at The Wolff Company from February 2011 to June 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at MONARCH CAPITAL HOLDINGS from January 2005 to November 2015, and at TRILLIUM RESIDENTIAL from January 2002 to December 2005. Matt Perrin also held the position of President at MARK-TAYLOR RESIDENTIAL from January 1999 to January 2002. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University, earned from 1984 to 1988.
