Katherine Pugh

Katherine Pugh is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategic Program Manager for Business Operations at the Xerox Partner Group since April 2013, where responsibilities include managing a £7 million annual revenue and providing Intelligent Workplace Solutions to public sector customers. Katherine also holds the position of President of the UK and Ireland Chapter at The Women's Alliance since January 2023 and previously managed a fleet of devices for the 2012 London Olympics while working as a Reprographics Specialist at Adecco UK. Katherine's earlier roles at Xerox include HR Program Manager for EMEA and Americas GTM, Client Service Delivery Manager, and Service Delivery Manager, with a foundation developed during an Industrial Placement as a Sales Support Executive. Katherine completed a BSc in Management Sciences at Loughborough University from 2008 to 2012, following A Levels and GCSEs at The Hertfordshire and Essex High School from 2001 to 2008.
