Krystal Chase has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Counseling Student Intern at The Youth and Family Project for a year. In 2009, Krystal served as an Instructional Aid at the Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center for six months. Krystal then became a Career Development Specialist at Herzing University Online from May 2010 to November 2011. From November 2011 to June 2012, they worked as a Placement Specialist at Curative Care Network. In 2012, Krystal joined Genesee Lake School & Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc as a Youth Counselor, where they stayed until July 2018. Finally, since June 2012, Krystal has been associated with The Women's Center, Inc. - Waukesha. Krystal started as an Employment & Life Skills Counselor until February 2016, when they became an Advocacy Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Advocacy & Support Services at the organization.
Krystal Chase obtained their BA degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology from Mount Mary University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Krystal then pursued their MS degree in Community Counseling from the same university, completing the program in 2008.
