Giacomo D'Urbano

Giacomo D'Urbano is a skilled professional with diverse experience in policy research, program coordination, and content development. Currently serving as a Program Associate at the World Justice Project since October 2021, Giacomo previously held the position of Rule of Law Index Intern. Prior to this, a Research & Writing Intern at the Renew Democracy Initiative contributed to the creation of newsletters and high-quality articles while assisting senior staff with op-ed research. Giacomo's background also includes a role as a Policy Research Intern for NY State Senator John Brooks, focusing on veterans' transition to higher education and legislative research. Earlier experience as an Administrative Assistant and Tutor at the Department of Foreign Languages at Nassau Community College showcases strong organizational and tutoring skills. Giacomo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Queens College, complemented by minors in Latin American Studies and Honors in the Social Sciences, as well as an Associate of Arts from Nassau Community College.
