Lauren Dietlin has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Lauren started their career at Phoenix House as an Executive Assistant to the President from 1998 to 2001. Lauren then worked at Bowdoin College as an Assistant Director of Annual Giving from 2001 to 2004. Lauren then joined Campaign for Justice as a Campaign Coordinator from 2004 to 2008. Lauren transitioned to Maine Women's Fund, where they held multiple roles, starting as a Director of Development from 2008 to 2011, and then as a Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at The Writing Company since 2015.
