Monique Calderon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic account management. As the Managing Partner at The Xela Group since October 2018, Monique has played a pivotal role in founding and managing a diverse, woman-owned company that provides professional services to Fortune 1000 and SMB companies across the United States. Prior to this, Monique served as the VP of Strategic Accounts at Genuent, where responsibilities included developing account strategies and cultivating executive-level relationships. Monique's career also includes significant roles at Experis/Manpower Group and COMSYS, where Monique advanced from Senior Technical Recruiter to VP of National Accounts. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from The University of Georgia.
