Erin Cocca is a dedicated conservation professional currently serving as a Pollinator Conservation Specialist and NRCS Partner Biologist at the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation since July 2023. Previously, Erin worked as a Conservation Planner for the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service from August 2021 to July 2023, and as a Survey Aide at the Champaign County Soil and Water Conservation District from November 2020 to July 2021. Erin gained initial experience in agriculture as a Vegetable and Flower Farm Apprentice at Pork Hill Farm from May 2020 to October 2020. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation Biology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, completed in 2020.
