Shawn Borzelleri

Shawn’s Y career began in a small Y in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, which is where she discovered her passion for the Y mission. She has since moved with the Y to Florida, New York, down to Texas and most recently to the Windy City of Chicago. Shawn has served in many roles throughout her Y career, spanning from Membership/Program Director to Executive Director, District Executive Director, VP of Youth Development, COO and her current position as the SVP of Service Delivery, Program Development and Innovation at Y-USA. Her new role at Y-USA provides the opportunity to leverage the strength of Y leaders from across the movement to co-create a network of support and service, which will help Ys to strengthen their communities, create the changemakers of tomorrow and make lasting and impactful change across the movement.
