Renee Heinemann

Renee Heinemann is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in managing commercial properties. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Colliers since May 2024, Renee manages seven retail and office properties across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa. Prior to this role, Renee spent nearly nine years at YAM Properties LLC as a Property Manager. Previous positions include Assistant Property Manager at The Muller Company, where responsibilities included on-site management at Villages at Hayden, and assisting in the management of 15 office buildings and retail centers at Hannay Realty Advisors. Renee's career began at Loreto Bay Company, where as Reservations Manager, significant improvements were made in booking conversion rates. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University and a Real Estate License from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business.
