Jenn DePauw is the Owner and CEO of Organized Priorities, LLC, established in May 2019, where the focus is on assisting individuals and small business owners with achieving work-life integration through organized solutions. Since June 2008, Jenn has served as the Managing Director of The1stMovement, overseeing operational growth and efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Director of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, contract negotiation, process implementation, and facilities management across multiple locations. Prior to this, Jenn held positions at McClain Finlon Advertising as Director of Account Services, RBA-Adrienne Vitadini as Project Management Supervisor, and Druker, Rahl & Fein, as Training Store Manager, along with experience as Marketing Coordinator at Imagemaker Associates. Jenn holds a BA in Marketing from Stockton University and an A.A.S. in Business - Marketing from Ocean County College.
