Federica Pasculli

Federica Pasculli has a diverse work experience starting as a Fashion Stylist in 2010 as a Freelancer. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Event Producer at BC Bendoni Consulting and later as a Fashion Editor, Social Media Manager, and Stylist at Fashion News Magazine. Moving forward, they transitioned to a role as a Junior Office Project Manager at REM Ruini e Mariotti in 2013. Federica then worked as a Digital Account/Project Manager at Bside Communication from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they joined The&Partnership as an Integrated Project Manager and progressed to an Integrated Senior Project Manager. Their responsibilities grew, leading their to become the Project Management Lead for Automotive Clients, focusing on clients like Toyota & Lexus. Federica excelled in this role and was eventually promoted to EMEA Project Management Lead in May 2023. Additionally, they briefly served as a Programme Director at Ogilvy UK in 2021.

Federica Pasculli earned an Associate's degree in Fashion Marketing and Communications from Accademia del Lusso in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Liceo Ginnasio Statale Virgilio in 2007, specializing in Linguistico Internazionale Spagnolo. Federica also attended Dipartimento di management - Università La Sapienza di Roma for Economia finanza e diritto per la gestione d'impresa from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they obtained the DELE C2 certification from Instituto Cervantes, and in 2014, they attained the TOEFL certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
