Jim Glasscock

Jim Glasscock is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Quality & Reliability Engineering at Theatro since February 2018. Prior to this role, Jim was the Senior Manager of Quality Tools at ARRIS, overseeing customer and product quality and the service tools group. Jim's extensive background also includes a position as Senior Manager of Reliability Engineering at Dell, where responsibilities included managing the Reliability Validation organization for various product lines. Previously, Jim held the title of Senior Manager of Reliability Test Engineering at Maxtor Corp., directing a worldwide test organization, and began their career as a Senior Development Engineer/Senior Customer Service Engineer at StorageTek, managing a reliability engineering lab.
