Michael Miele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as the Procurement and Logistics Manager at theBalm Cosmetics since September 2020, Michael previously held the role of Supply Chain Manager at TESSCO Technologies from November 2003 to August 2019, where responsibilities included collaborating with sales to balance customer service objectives and cost minimization. Michael also served as Operations Manager, facilitating communication between supply chain and program management while leading cross-departmental initiatives to align operations strategy with management goals.
