Victoria Whitman

Victoria Whitman has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University, providing support in a Labor Studies course. In 2015, they joined Spherion as a Recruiter/HR, where they helped clients in acquiring various talents. Later, in 2017, they joined The Beverage Works NY, Inc. as an HR Manager, serving as the largest Red Bull distributor in the world. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources, where they are currently employed.

Victoria Whitman obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Rutgers University. Victoria also holds another Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
