Michelle Dalzon is the Founder and Chief Visionary of theBOM (Black-Owned Market), established in December 2016, which aims to offer a curated shopping experience for Black-Owned brands while facilitating connections between business owners and consumers. Previously, Michelle served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Influenster from May 2016 to March 2017 and worked in various marketing roles at Viacom for MTV, MTV2, and LOGO from August 2014 to April 2016, as well as at Jack Morton Worldwide as a Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator in early 2014. Michelle began their career at Turner Broadcasting (Time Warner Company) as a Strategic Planning Assistant from November 2010 to January 2014. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Digital Marketing Certification from General Assembly, obtained in 2016.
