Zachary Rozga is the CEO of Thece, a customer engagement platform. Zachary has over five years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on organizational development, operational efficiency, and financial planning. Their previous clients include large multinational organizations, privately held companies, research institutions, mid-size non-profits, and corporations.
In 2014, Zachary co-founded VentureScale, a management consulting firm. Zachary oversaw strategic planning for divisions with budgets totaling over 200 million dollars. Zachary also wrote business plans and provided operational support for startup companies. In 2015, they left VentureScale to become the CEO of Swurveys.
Swurveys is a customer engagement platform that allows companies to connect with and capture primary data from their audience, fans, and customers. It was created as a new tool for engagement and feedback after Zachary and their team found it increasingly difficult to generate survey completions. Under Zachary’s leadership, Swurveys has helped companies like ESPN, Viacom, Entercom, Wunderman, and Oreo to better understand and engage with their audiences.
In 2019, Zachary left Swurveys to become the CEO of Thece. Zachary remains dedicated to helping companies connect with their customers and providing feedback that leads to positive change.
Zachary Rozga has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Zachary also has a Master's in Tourism Administration with a focus on Individualized Studies from The George Washington University. Additionally, they have a certification in Business Edge from the IFC which certifies him as a Business Edge Trainer.
