Anthony Ciolfi

Anthony Ciolfi is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and highway engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at TEC, Inc. since November 2015, Anthony has previously held roles such as Project Engineer at AECOM and Senior Engineer at Vanasse & Associates, where expertise in PS&E design and MassDOT standards was developed. Earlier positions included Senior Highway Engineer at Maguire Group Inc. and Principal Highway Engineer at Rick Engineering Company, where leadership in project management and client coordination was demonstrated. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UMASS Amherst.
