Marinette B. Hexeberg is the CEO of TheFactory - Accelerator & VC, where Marinette focuses on growing scaleups with capital and competence. Marinette also serves as a Business Development Manager at TheFactory, a leading accelerator and early stage investor in the Nordics. Additionally, Marinette is a Board Member at AvantGarde Search, a recruitment specialist company, Propely, TheFactory Norway Fund I, Subtrackr, and Bouts Invest. Marinette was also a Project Manager - Financial advisor at Oslo Business Region, where Marinette facilitated growth companies in Oslo during the Covid-19 pandemic. Marinette has experience in various roles in startups and tech companies, such as Country Marketing Manager at Playfinity and Board Member at Smart Cylinders. Marinette holds a MSc of Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Agder, and additional certification from UNSW.
