Rafaella Rossi

Rafaella Rossi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and stage management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at The Foundation since July 2019, Rafaella assists two co-founders with operations, travel arrangements, and event planning. As a Production Stage Manager at The Chain since January 2011, Rafaella oversees rehearsals and performances for theatrical productions. Prior experience includes a role as Community Manager at Regus from December 2012 to June 2019, managing financial operations and client relations for a shared office space, as well as positions as a Cake Decorator at BJ's Wholesale Club and Manager at Cold Stone Creamery. Rafaella holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology and Global Studies from Hofstra University.
