Vance Hayes

Vance Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Vance began their career at RP55 AKOO in 2000 as a Sales Operations Manager, where they worked until 2008. Vance then joined Creative Recreation LLC and held various positions including Allocation Manager, Sr Sales Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Vice President International, and finally President. In 2017, Vance joined The Foundation as the COO, and in 2018, they became the Sr. Vice President of Operations.

From 1996 to 2000, Vance Hayes attended Old Dominion University where they studied Information Technology.
