Elizabeth Guild

Elizabeth Guild has extensive experience in talent development and training within the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Development at The General® since September 2015. Prior roles at The General® include Claims Training Manager, Senior Training Specialist, and Claims Supervisor. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as a Claims Adjuster at National General Insurance from March 2012 to August 2015. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Florida Southern College.
