Jeff Jarvis

Jeff Jarvis is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Product Analytics Lead and Business Analytics Specialist at The General® since April 2014. In this role, Jeff has successfully implemented Tableau for analytics reporting in the Product department and developed a rating solution for compliance projects. Previous positions include Assistant Product Development Manager, where new analytic tools and reporting dashboards were created, and Product Analyst III, focusing on state expansion initiatives. Prior to The General®, Jeff held senior analytical roles at EGI Insurance Services Inc. and Infinity Insurance, contributing to rate and form filings and premium growth. Jeff began a career in education as an Adjunct Instructor at Henry Ford Community College, teaching mathematics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, both from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
