Kale Sligh, MBA has extensive experience in marketing and user experience roles. Starting in 2007 with C Spire, they quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Director of Brand Experiences and Products. In this role, they were responsible for managing consumer products and experiences within the wireless, residential fiber, mobile, web applications, and rewards programs. Kale then joined Optus Inc in 2014 as the Vice President of Marketing, where they focused on the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans and product go-to-market strategies. Their accomplishments included implementing a strategic multi-platform sales and marketing automation engine. In 2016, Kale joined The General® as the VP of Marketing, overseeing and managing various teams, including brand, advertising, sponsorship, analytics, research, and user experience. Kale has since been promoted to AVP of Marketing and User Experience and currently serves as the VP of Marketing. Throughout their career, Kale has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a history of building and developing successful teams.
