Tracy Pickard

Tracy Pickard has a vast and extensive work experience in the insurance industry, specifically in the field of claims risk management, compliance, and special investigations. Tracy has held various director-level positions in different companies, including The General®, American Family Insurance Company, Direct Insurance, Progressive Insurance, GMAC Insurance, Travelers Insurance, and I.N.G./Netherlands/Peerless Insurance Company. Tracy has expertise in strategic planning, implementing claims anti-fraud programs, managing special investigations units, and ensuring claims quality assurance. Tracy has also been responsible for developing fraud detection and investigation protocols, training programs, and conducting extensive investigations to uncover fraudulent activities. Tracy's contributions have resulted in significant cost savings, fraud mitigation, and the identification and prosecution of fraudulent individuals and organizations.

Tracy Pickard attended the University of Connecticut from 1985 to 1989 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/History.
