Turkessa Hammett is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Process and Innovation at The General® since February 2017, Turkessa has spearheaded significant initiatives such as the successful conversion of legacy systems, leading to substantial cost savings and enhanced efficiency.
