Jessica Ruiz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jessica began their career as a Sports Intern at WJBK Fox 2 - Detroit, where they assisted with research and data compilation for timely reporting on Detroit sports events. Jessica then worked as a Sales Associate at New York & Company, consistently performing in the top 5% and exceeding daily sales goals.

Jessica also gained experience in journalism as a Reporter/Contributor at Solo Deporte MX/Playmakers MX, where they translated content from English to Spanish and disseminated news through social media platforms.

Their career then transitioned into customer service roles. At TheGuarantors, they worked as a Customer Success Analyst. Prior to that, at Quicken Loans, they held multiple roles including Executive Final Sign Off Underwriter, Associate/Credit Underwriter, Link Builder - Search Engine Optimization/Performance Marketing, and Client Advocate. In these roles, they audited loans, coached team members, developed relationships with broker partners, analyzed credit and compliance documents, and prioritized customer satisfaction.

Jessica Ruiz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism from Wayne State University between 2012 and 2016. Later, from 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication Management at the University of Southern California.
