Rachel Hewett has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachel began their career as a Server at Ruby Tuesday, where they developed strong multitasking and customer interaction skills. Rachel then worked as a Product Development Assistant at vMOBilize, where they were involved in beta testing and survey development for a social media game. Rachel later served as a Peer Mentor at the University of Delaware, assisting faculty members in preparing course syllabi and teaching college life courses.

Rachel then joined the Horn Program in Entrepreneurship as a Program Assistant, where they managed registrations for the Diamond Challenge competition, maintained the program's website, and assisted with event planning and social media outreach. Rachel later worked at HubSpot, starting as a Customer Support Specialist and transitioning to the role of Reporting Specialist. In these roles, Rachel focused on solving customer needs, offering technical and strategic assistance, and analyzing customer usage of reporting and analytics tools. Rachel then became a Customer Support Team Lead, where they coached and upskilled their team and collaborated with their manager on process improvements. Finally, Rachel worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at HubSpot, managing a diverse customer base and providing software support, troubleshooting, and instruction.

Most recently, Rachel worked as a Senior Operations Analyst at Noyo, where they utilized their expertise in operations to drive efficiency and improve processes. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Operations at TheGuarantors, where they are responsible for ensuring customer success and optimizing operational effectiveness. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Rachel Hewett attended Appoquinimink High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their high school diploma. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication at the University of Delaware from 2013 to 2016. In May 2017, Rachel obtained the Inbound Certification from the HubSpot Academy.
