Tatiana Fávaro

Tatiana Fávaro has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tatiana started their career at Communiquer Assessoria de Comunicação, where they worked as an press officer and content coordinator. Tatiana then moved on to O Estado de S. Paulo, where they worked as a reporter for six years.

Afterwards, Tatiana joined Comunicação+ / Rota das Bandeiras as a communication assistant, working on corporate communication. Tatiana later joined Fundação TV Educativa de Jundiaí, where they managed projects and partnerships to rebuild TVE Jundiaí.

Following their time at the foundation, Tatiana worked at VOCÊ Treinamento e Desenvolvimento Humano as a communication coordinator, content creator, editorial coordinator, ghostwriter, and community manager. Tatiana also wrote two books, edited five works on NLP, and became a Master Practitioner in NLP.

Tatiana then became co-founder and community manager at MaternaRede, a network for mothers, before creating Criar Filhos - Rede Ativista de Criação Consciente. Tatiana served as co-creator, content creator, and speaker for the network, producing content on conscious parenting.

In 2020, Tatiana joined Theia as a Brand Voice Lead, responsible for communication. In 2021, they were invited to be a personal specialist, providing support and listening to women in their pregnancy journeys.

Prior to their work experience, Tatiana worked as a doula and specialized in Postpartum Psychology. Tatiana aimed to use their communication skills and knowledge in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum to provide information and build support networks for mothers and families.

Tatiana Fávaro attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Communication Social/Journalism. Tatiana then pursued an Especialização lato sensu em Comunicação Criativa/Jornalismo Literário at Faculdade Integrada Metropolitana de Campinas from 2005 to 2006.
