Stephanie Buschmann

Stephanie Buschmann is an experienced professional in product development and management, currently serving as the Product Development Manager at Thema - A Family Factory since February 2019. In this role, Stephanie oversees the entire product development process from concept to phase-out, coordinating the development calendar and managing financial and technological resources. Prior to this position, Stephanie worked at Marchon Eyewear from January 2014 to February 2019, initially as a Product Manager Assistant, where responsibilities included supporting new product releases and vendor communication, and later as an Export Sales Assistant for the EMEA region, engaging with distributors and key accounts while actively participating in trade fairs and sales meetings.
