Patrick Shockley

Patrick Shockley has extensive experience in social work, particularly in medical and hospice settings. Currently serving as a Medical Social Worker at THEMA Health Services since October 2017, Patrick previously held positions such as Lead Medical Social Worker at Capitol Home Health & Hospice and Medical Social Worker at Wickenburg Community Hospital. Patrick also worked at HealthSouth and Banner Health, providing case management and patient advocacy. Additionally, Patrick has a background in supporting homeless veterans through intensive case management at Esperanza En Escalante. Notably, Patrick was the Past President of the National Association of Social Workers - Arizona Chapter from July 2016 to June 2018. Patrick holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University, along with an Associate degree from Clovis Community College.
