Anas Baksh

Anas Baksh is a highly accomplished professional in the field of audit and finance, currently serving as the Chief Audit Executive at SEDCO Capital since January 2021, where significant transformations in the internal audit function have been achieved. Anas is also an active member of the Risk and Compliance Committee at THEMAR and chairs the Audit Committee, overseeing financial reporting and risk management processes. As the founder of Financial Code Financial Consulting, expertise in internal auditing and financial consultation is provided. Previous roles include Senior Finance Manager at the Ministry of Culture, Internal Audit Manager at The National Commercial Bank, and various positions at Deloitte and Saudi Aramco. Anas holds a Master's degree in Accounting & Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
