Jack Chen (Zikang)

Jack (Zikang) Chen has a diverse work experience in various roles related to video production, digital media, and art. Their most recent position is as a Technical Artist at The Mill since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Video Production Specialist at New York University from 2021 to 2022. Jack (Zikang) also gained experience as a Virtual Reality Post Production Intern at CreatorUp, where they researched post-production techniques for VR video production and assisted with VR video presentations. Jack also founded a Photography Studio called UKP Portraits, where they produced editorials for various clients and worked on freelance video projects. Jack (Zikang) served as a Digital Media Specialist at Spatial Dynamics from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Video Producer at Kenji ROI, producing promotional product videos and collaborating with the creative director. Jack (Zikang) has also worked as a Video Editor and Videographer at TEDx, an Instructor at Elgin Art Studio, and a Video Director at Fujian Humbgo Garment Company Limited.

Jack Chen attended the Emily Carr University of Art and Design from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Their field of study was Film/Video and Photographic Arts. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued further education at New York University, completing a Master of Professional Studies degree in the Interactive Telecommunications Program.
